HOA fee is $50 annually and helps pay for mowing and various neighborhood odds and ends. The current building restrictions are a single residence at least 1,000 square feet with an above ground septic. In the revised by-laws, once they are approved, the square footage requirement is being reduced to 750 square feet. Everything else is per Sherman Township rules. Campers are allowed year-round with permission from the HOA board. Electric just needs to be run off a pole at the boundary marker.
