Ryan Sagady, Broker/Owner/Appraiser

Ryan Sagady combines his extensive teaching background with his passion for real estate. A Bay City Western graduate, Central Michigan University alumnus, and Saginaw Valley State University master’s degree holder, Ryan taught science and coached for Bay City Public Schools for over 25 years. He became a licensed Realtor in 2017 and earned his broker’s license in 2023, founding Bay Realty Michigan shortly after. Ryan is also a licensed real estate appraiser, adding another layer of expertise to his work. When not working, Ryan enjoys spending time with Lyndsey and his son, relaxing at their lakefront home in Au Gres, and participating in walleye fishing tournaments throughout Michigan.
